Is Scope really free for promoters?

Yes. No setup fee, no subscription, no commission on your ticket sales. You receive the full face value of every ticket. The only charge is a booking fee, and the fan pays it at checkout, not you.

There is not one. Scope takes a booking fee from the fan, not from you. No ticket sold, no fee. We do not lock you in because there is nothing to lock you into: no contract, no minimum term, no exit penalty.

The ticket face value plus a single Booking Fee, shown clearly at checkout before they pay. The booking fee is made up of a global admin fee and a per-event fee, combined into one figure so the fan sees one number, not a stack of add-ons.

Can I leave whenever?

Yes. No contract, no minimum term, no exit penalty. Walk away with your shows and your money at any time. You should not have to sign anything to sell a ticket, and you should not be penalised for stopping.

Do I need to buy a scanner?

No. The scanner runs on a phone you already own. No rental, no card reader, no app to install. A few of you on the door each use your own phone, and the same ticket can never be admitted twice.

Ticket revenue pays out to your UK bank account or PayPal within 5 working days of your show completing. You get the full face value of your tickets, minus any refunds you issue.

What happens when a fan cannot make the show?

They can list their ticket for resale through Scope at face value. No scalping, no screenshot swaps, no promoter admin. Scope handles the listing, the refund to the seller, the new ticket and QR for the buyer, and keeps your capacity correct. You do not have to touch it. Read more on the ticket resale page.
