What is Wrong Side Tickets?

Hardcore tickets, direct from the scene. The ticketing platform built for DIY promoters, independent venues, and fans—zero inflated fees, zero corporate fluff.

All tickets are digital. We do not post physical tickets and there is nothing to collect. Your ticket lives in your account under My Tickets. On the night, open your ticket and show the QR code at the door. Door staff scan it and you are in. If the scanner will not read your screen, they can also type in the ticket code shown underneath the QR code, so make sure you can see both.

I did not get a confirmation email.

Check your spam or junk folder first. During periods of high traffic, email confirmations can be delayed. This is normal and does not affect your tickets. Your tickets are always in your Scope account under My Tickets, so you can get in without the email. If your confirmation still has not arrived 24 hours after purchase, contact Scope Support.

Why aren't my tickets showing in my account?

During periods of high traffic, tickets can take a little longer to appear in your Scope account. If payment has been taken, your tickets are secured. If your tickets are still not showing 24 hours after purchase, contact Scope Support.

What if my phone dies at the venue?

Charge before you leave and turn your brightness up when you get to the door. If your phone dies, speak to door staff. They can look you up by name or order reference on the door list, so bring some ID with your name on it.

What if there is no signal at the venue?

Your ticket works offline. Open it once before you get to the venue and it stays available on your device even with no signal.

Can I add my ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Yes, where available you will see an "Add to Wallet" option on your ticket. This is a handy backup because the pass sits on your phone without needing the site open.

Can I print my ticket?

You do not need to. The QR code on your phone is your ticket. If you would rather have something on paper, you can download your ticket as a PDF and print it, and the same QR code will scan.

My QR code will not scan. What now?

Turn your screen brightness up and use the brightness boost button on the ticket screen. If it still will not scan, door staff can enter your ticket code manually. Every ticket screen shows the code in text under the QR.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are issued to the person who bought them and are not transferable. Do not screenshot the QR or pass a PDF to someone else, it is tied to your account and will not work for them. If the show is 18+ the name on the ticket may be checked against ID. If you cannot make it, resale is the supported route. List your ticket through Scope and another fan gets a fresh ticket. I bought more than one ticket. How does that work at the door?

Each ticket has its own QR code and they are all in your account. If you are bringing friends, either turn up together and scan them one after another on your phone, or show each code as each person arrives.

Do I need an account to buy tickets?

Yes. Your account is where your tickets live, so you always have access to them and can get back to them if you change phones.

Why is there a timer during checkout?

When you start checkout we hold your tickets for a short time so nobody else can buy them while you are paying. If the timer runs out the tickets go back on sale and you will need to start again. You are not charged if the timer expires.

Why is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?

Promoters set a maximum per person so that tickets reach actual fans rather than people buying in bulk to resell. Small rooms sell out fast and this keeps it fair.

What payment methods can I use?

Debit and credit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. All payments are processed securely by Stripe and we never see or store your card details.

My payment was declined. Have I lost my tickets?

No. A declined payment does not release your reservation straight away, so you can try again with the same or a different card while the timer is still running.

Money has been taken, but my tickets are not showing. What should I do?

If your payment has been taken, or is showing as pending in your banking app, your tickets are secured. During periods of high traffic, tickets can take a little longer to appear in your Scope account. If your tickets are still not showing 24 hours after purchase, contact Scope Support.

The show is sold out. Will more tickets be released?

Sometimes. Promoters occasionally release more tickets, and if that happens anyone following the bands on the bill gets notified first. Follow the bands on the bill to hear first.

What are the fees on my order?

A single Booking Fee is shown separately at checkout before you pay, never hidden inside the ticket price.

Why do you charge a booking fee?

Our fee keeps the platform running rather than going to shareholders. We keep it low and we show it to you up front so you always know exactly what you are paying and why.

Is the price I see the price I pay?

Yes. The full breakdown including any fees is shown before you enter payment details. There is no dynamic pricing and no surge pricing on this platform. The ticket price is set by the promoter and does not change based on demand.

The event was cancelled. Do I get my money back?

Yes. If an event is cancelled you receive a full refund of the ticket price. Booking fees are non refundable. Refunds are processed back to the card you paid with and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.

The event has been postponed. What happens to my ticket?

Your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you cannot make it, you can request a refund of the ticket price within 14 days of the new date being announced. After that your ticket carries over automatically.

I cannot make it any more. Can I get a refund?

Can't make it? Don't ask the promoter to sort it. List your ticket for resale through Scope. Go to My Dashboard, find your ticket under Upcoming, and press List for resale. Another fan buys it at the original face value and you get the ticket face value back. Your booking fee is not refunded. If it does not sell, no refund is issued. Resale only works on valid, paid tickets, and closes 24 hours before doors open. Already scanned, refunded, cancelled, and guest list tickets cannot be resold. How long do refunds take?

Once processed, refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

My ticket was refunded but the event is still happening. Why?

The promoter can issue refunds directly, for example if you asked for one or there was a problem with your order. You will have received an email explaining what was refunded. If you were not expecting it, contact the promoter or get in touch with us.

What is Scope Ticket Resale?

If you can no longer make a show, you can list your ticket for resale through Scope. Another fan buys it at the original face value, you get your money back, and they get a fresh ticket. No touts, no inflated prices, no sketchy transfers.

How do I list my ticket for resale?

Go to My Dashboard, find your ticket under Upcoming, and press List for resale. The ticket is listed at its original face value and another fan can buy it. You get an email confirming the listing.

Can I choose the resale price?

No. Resale is always at the original face value you paid. Nobody can bump the price up.

Can I make a profit from reselling my ticket?

No. Face value only, every time. Scope does not support resale above face value.

When do I get my refund?

Only when another fan actually buys your listed ticket. Listing it does not trigger a refund. No buyer means no refund.

How much will I get back?

The original face value of the ticket. Your booking fee is not refunded, same as with any other refund on Scope.

Do I get my booking fee back?

No. The booking fee is non-refundable. You get the ticket face value back, not the fee.

What happens if my ticket does not sell?

No refund is issued. The listing stays open until you cancel it or resale closes, which is 24 hours before doors open. Any listing still unsold at that point is cancelled automatically and the ticket is back in your account, active and ready to scan. Cancel it earlier if you want to use the ticket yourself.

Can I cancel my resale listing?

Yes, any time before it sells. Press Cancel resale on the ticket in your dashboard. Your ticket becomes active again straight away and you can use it for entry or list it again later.

Can I still use my ticket while it is listed for resale?

No. While your ticket is listed, the QR code is inactive and will not scan at the door. This stops the same ticket being used by two people. Cancel the listing if you want to use the ticket yourself.

What happens when my ticket sells?

Your original ticket is permanently invalidated and will not scan. You receive a refund of the face value to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days. The buyer gets a brand new Scope ticket with a fresh QR code.

Can I resell just one ticket from a larger order?

Yes. Each ticket is listed separately. Bought 4 tickets and only need to sell 1? List that 1. If it sells, only that ticket face value is refunded. The other 3 stay yours and still scan at the door.

Can I list several tickets from the same order?

Yes. List as many of your tickets as you want, one at a time. Each ticket gets its own listing and sells independently.

Can I resell a ticket that has already been scanned?

No. Once a ticket has been used at the door, it cannot be listed for resale.

Can I resell a refunded or cancelled ticket?

No. Only valid, paid tickets can be listed. If your ticket was already refunded or cancelled, it cannot be resold.

When does resale close?

24 hours before doors open. After that no ticket can be listed and no listing can be bought. Any listing still unsold at that point is cancelled and the ticket is returned to your account.

Can I resell a guest list place?

No. Guest list tickets are free and cannot be resold.

What does Resale mean on an event page?

It means another fan cannot make the show and has listed their ticket back through Scope at face value. You are buying a real ticket for the same event, just at the price the original fan paid.

Why is a resale ticket cheaper than the normal ticket?

The resale price is the original face value the first fan paid. If they bought an Early Bird or presale ticket at a lower price, the resale keeps that original price. You pay what they paid, not the current price.

Why is a resale ticket available when the normal tickets are sold out?

Because a fan who already bought one has listed it back for resale. It does not mean extra capacity has been added. The room holds the same number of people. Someone just cannot make it and their ticket is back in circulation.

Is a resale ticket different from a normal ticket once I buy it?

No. You get a fresh Scope ticket with a new QR code and the same admission rights as the original ticket type. It scans at the door the same way.

Am I buying directly from another fan?

No. Scope handles the whole thing. You pay through the normal checkout, the seller gets refunded by Scope, and you get a new ticket from Scope. You never exchange money or details with the seller.

Does the seller see my details?

No. Scope handles everything. The seller only knows that their ticket sold, not who bought it.

Do I see the seller details?

No. You just get a ticket for the event. The seller identity is never shared with you.

Do resale tickets use the normal Scope checkout?

Yes. Add the resale ticket to your basket and check out the same way you normally would. Same payment methods, same security.
